PRODUCT STORY

Our flour is the perfect blend of 4 grains local to the Himalayan region and a highly nutritional seed of Garden Cress. The flour is rich in all essential protein, high dietary fibre and has a very low Glycemic Index, making it a perfect for your family’s good health  along with imparting extra care for diabetic patients.

 

We do not bleach or add preservatives to increase the shelf life or make it look artificially attractive. The grains are slowly ground in dedicated Gharats (watermills), using the age old process of stone milling powered by the river flow. The slow grinding minimizes the overheating of the grains, thus retaining the maximum nutrients and antioxidants.
